Introduction

Mesh Tribe is a technology platform that connects riders, organizers, trainers, service providers, businesses, and enthusiasts. Mesh Tribe does not organize, supervise, control, or manage all rides, tours, events, or activities listed on the platform. Motorcycling is an inherently hazardous activity that carries significant risks, including serious injury, disability, property damage, and death. By using Mesh Tribe, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Rider Responsibility

Every rider is solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining a valid driving licence
  • Ensuring vehicle registration and insurance are valid
  • Maintaining their motorcycle in roadworthy condition
  • Wearing appropriate protective gear
  • Assessing weather and road conditions
  • Complying with all applicable traffic laws
  • Riding within their personal skill level

Assumption of Risk

You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with group rides, solo rides, adventure riding, track riding, off-road riding, training activities, motorcycle events, and tours and expeditions.

No Safety Guarantee

Mesh Tribe does not guarantee the safety of roads or routes, the accuracy of route information, the conduct of ride leaders, the behaviour of participants, the mechanical condition of vehicles, or the safety of venues or training facilities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mesh Tribe and Mesh Matrix Technologies shall not be liable for personal injury, death, property damage, theft, medical expenses, lost income, or consequential damages arising from activities discovered, promoted, or booked through the platform.

For gear and accessories: authenticity, warranty coverage, product condition, and seller credentials.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must provide truthful information, disclose known defects, possess legal ownership, comply with applicable laws, and avoid misleading representations.

Prohibited Listings

  • Stolen property
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Fraudulent listings
  • Illegal modifications
  • Weapons
  • Controlled substances
  • Dangerous products prohibited by law

Transaction Disclaimer

Mesh Tribe does not verify ownership, guarantee payment, guarantee delivery, guarantee product condition, or resolve private contractual disputes. All transactions occur directly between users.
