Content on Mesh Tribe may be removed if it:

Users can report content directly through in-platform reporting tools. Users retain ownership of original content they create and upload — including photographs, videos, ride reports, reviews, articles, and route submissions.

By uploading content, you grant Mesh Tribe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, reproduce, promote, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating and marketing the platform.

  • Users may not upload content that violates copyrights or trademarks
  • Users may not upload content that violates publicity rights
  • Users may not upload content copied without authorisation

Rights holders may submit a takedown request by identifying the copyrighted work, identifying the infringing content, providing proof of ownership, and including valid contact information.

Mesh Tribe retains personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
